Element: Wind?

Description: Tails rotates his two tails, allowing him to fly.

Advantages/Effects: Tails' flight ability allows him to fly up to 10 feet high. The fox can fly for two posts, and while in the air has his evasion lowered by 10%. Top speed is 15 MPH. 1 post cooldown if flown for 1 post, 2 post cooldown for up to two posts. While in the air, he also takes 5% more damage from Earth attacks. Tails can still do combat in the air.

Considering that Tails canon wise is able to fly and how I don't really get bothered by flight too much.....you don't need to put down a limit to how long he can stay in the air or the other weaknesses. Obviously you won't be able to say beat a dragon in a flight race but you know what I mean.
