Rules:
1. No auto-hitting skills or spells.

2. You can only have 12 skills or spells, that is right you only get twelve.

3. Don't copy other people's spells or skills, just like some girls get ticked off when they are wearing the same thing so do people when someone has the same spell as them. They can be sort of alike, but they can't be a straight rip off.

4. FOR THE LOVE OF *insert religious name*, BE DESCRIPTIVE!!!

5: No spell is to use more than 200 EP *this is to keep you crazy people from blowing up the planet with a single spell*

6: No spell can make your over all resistance to physical or Magical damage more than 50%. *This doesn't apply to shield spells that are used to block an attack entirely, they are limited by the fact they have to cost more than what ever hits them to work. If they are weaker than the spell that hits them, then it fails and the person gets full damage from the stronger spell*

Now you want to know how much to pay for a certain amount of power huh? Well now I will help you with that.

Low damage single target spells: They cost only 10 EP
Low damage Area of Effect spells: they cost only 20 EP
Low damage spell that has an added effect such as giving someone the poison status: 20 EP
Small single status boost for short amount of time: 10 EP
Small single status boost for long amount of time: 20 EP
Weak single negative effect for short amount of time: 10 EP
Weak single negative effect for long amount of time: 20 EP

Medium damage single target spells: They cost only 20 EP
Medium damage Area of Effect spells: they cost only 30 EP
Medium damage spell that has an added effect such as giving someone the poison status: 30 EP
Medium single status boost for short amount of time: 20 EP
Medium single status boost for long amount of time: 30 EP
Moderate single negative effect for short amount of time: 20 EP
Moderate single negative effect for long amount of time: 30 EP

High damage single target spells: They cost only 30 EP
High damage Area of Effect spells: they cost only 40 EP
High damage spell that has an added effect such as giving someone the poison status: 40 EP
Large single status boost for short amount of time: 30 EP
Large single status boost for long amount of time: 40 EP
Powerful single negative effect for short amount of time: 30 EP
Powerful single negative effect for long amount of time: 40 EP

Short amount of time is 2-4 post duration
Long amount of time is 5-7 post duration

Now to tell you sometimes you might have to pay more than normal for some spells if the area of effect or the length of time it last is really long, I am not quite sure what would be too large for just an extra 10 EP so I will figure it out from here. I hope this at least helps you get the general idea of what gets what.
