Class: Plamsa Cannon-y thing

Look: A small, red plasma cannon that is on Tails' hand.

Abilities:
Arm shift: The Plasma cannon can change into a small panel attached to Tails' arm and back to a cannon, but it has to be activated via button press.

Cannon Fire: Tails can fire non-elemental spheres from the cannon. They are yellow and cause light (weak) damage.

Taking a few pointers from Samus are we? Well fair enough, what is the rate of fire for this thing? Can't have you spewing a wall of plasma at who ever constantly.
